My husband and I listened to a presentation about a travel club in December 2014. Of course it all sounded wonderful and through their high pressure tactics, entered into a Membership Agreement with Gold Crown Resort through their affiliate Travel Times International and paid them the stipulated sum via credit card.

Upon further consideration, we determined that we did not wish to proceed with the Membership Agreement and provided a Notice of Rescission to Travel Times International within three business days after the date of execution, pursuant to the terms of the Membership Agreement.  In addition, we called and spoke with the Travel Times representative, and included Gold Crown Resorts on the original Notice of Rescission. Gold Crown however, redirected us back to Travel Times International.

As further documentation, we provided the receipt and tracking information from the United States Postal Service, confirming that the Notice of Rescission was filed in a timely manner. This was also confirmed via email and phone conversation with the representative from Travel Times International.  Conversations with Travel Times representative indicated a refund would be forthcoming and we have received nothing to date.

Buyers beware. We should have looked this company up before we went to the presentation.

Travel club in the state of CA is 5 business days I believe the exact law is 1770.26 his contracts on offer 3 days print out the law and your contract contact your credit card company and you should be able to get a refund. Or call the ca at tourney general. Those memberships cost $50.00 they sell from 2500.00 and up same service just depends on how much your willing pay them.
