Complaint Review: Travel Value Plus - drugstore.com - reservation rewards

i purchaed online from drugstore.com. for getting the offer of 10$ discount on next purchaes as advertised on their site i followed the steps.

However i never gave my credit card info to travelvalueplus.com or reservation rewards.com.
Now i find that every month i am being charged by them for 9$ each. They claim that i had given my credit card info to them which i haven't. I don't know if would get the money back. for future i have spoken to them and cancelled my so called membership.
