TRAVEL VALUES PLUS fraudulent billing non-responsive unhelpful rip off Shelton Connecticut
After one month of membership I realized I did not want to belong to this organization. Following all directions via email, they did refund the 2nd months charge. However, I now realize I've been charged for month 3 and 4!!
To me this is even sneakier. Perhaps they think that if they refund one month that I will not worry about it. I am extremely fired up because recently I was laid off work. Today I emailed them again, with extreme urgency and resentment.
I am not sure what I will do if they do not respond. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.
