Travel Values Plus ripoff! Dishonest fraudulent billing. Connecticut
I ordered flowers from 1-800-flowers 4 months ago, and have been billed by Travel Values Plus (7.00 per month) ever since. When I called them they claimed that I "joined" the service after ordering flowers, and that I could cancel if I wanted to. I NEVER agreed to any extra charges, and I haven't a clue how they got my credit card info
