Apparentely, by clicking on some sort of travel-related pop-up, I inadvertently signed up for travelvaluesplus.com. They in addition to their sister company, reservationrewards.com, were charging $9 a month each to my credit card. I called 1-888-688-5995 and was able to cancel all of the charges.
