Travelbridge Inadequate Refund Response by Travelbridge Begs For a Class Action Lawsuit in San Antonio, Texas San Antonio, Houston, Dallas Arizona, Texas, Florida
I, along with many others, were ripped-off and scammed by Travelbridge in San Antonio. I thought the Texas State Attorney General's settlement with Travelbridge would rectify the situation. Refund checks were supposed to have been mailed out by the end of June. It is now 13 July, 2002, and no checks yet.
I only get recordings when I try to call the Scottsdale office; additionally, I learned that we probably will get no more that 10 cents on the dollar from the Texas settlement due to the large number of people who filed for a refund.
I was told if I cash any check Travelbridge sends me I would not be able to later file a civil claim. I am investigating the possibility of contacting an attorney to discuss a civil lawsuit against Travelbridge. If you live in Texas and are interested in any of this please call me at 210-887-6445.
