Travelcomm ripoff we have paid all the extras and the hotel is not nice or a 5 star Orlando Florida

We were told our all inclusive trip would be $683.78 Hotel Tax $99.00 5 star hotel since then we have had to send another $199.00 US because we couldnt get a hotel on our dates this hotel is still not a five star. I have emailed numerous times to find out the status of the hotel since the hurrican but Suzanne at Travelcomm does not reply to my emails.

I have no idea in if the Hotel is still standing we are at the Mirimar Mission which I hear now that we have paid all the extras that is not nice or a 5 star. Our trip is nonfefundable we have already paid for our flights which I didnt take out travel insurance because I knew the hotel was non refundable so therefore I decided not to insure the flights as I figured we would have to go anyway.

Our trip is not scheduled until February but I am very concerned as they will not return my emails so my husband and I are figuring the worst.
