Complaint Review: TRAVELER INNOVATIONS

About three years ago I tried there service and after not needing it hardly ever canceled the service. Now about every 6 months or so I get a charge to my credit card from them!!!!

So I call up customer service to get the $$ refunded and they tell me every time that they have no record of me canceling the service, so i can't get a full refund. I was charged on the 23rd, reported it to them on the 24th and they say that I will get a refund minus a $5.00 prorated fee. this I said was unexceptable so I get transfered to a supervisor who tells me they have no record of me canceling the service and then hung up on me!!!!

So I call back and talk to the first person I talked to and get a confermation number that my account is now (for the fourth time) closed and that I will get a refund (minus the $5 prorate) This is still unexceptable but what am I to do.
