When you call lucid unlimited long distance, 1 (877-470-4831), you get a recording that tells you to call 10-15-15-800, which charges 5.00 per minute. They changed their phone number. Now to call travel life go direct.(866) 558-4013, i type in my husband's cell number and i have two options, to cancel all contracts now or options number 2, to get a full rembursment. I did both. We have a joint checking account. even though my last name is different from his. I am only asking a refund for $311.00. That is what they took so far.
