Complaint Review: travellooga

my husband and me joined the travel club,when we did they gave us a voucher for a free cruise.We sent the voucher in and waited 40. days.We got nothing back.I called Compass travel and spoke to someone in customer service by the name of Dell.He was so rude, talking over me,yelling at me.He said some one else made a complaint about the same thing ,he offered me a 2 nights in a hotel..I said no.I got in touch with the compay who gives them the voucher.They told me they are no longer doing business with compass,becuse compass have been telling the people that it is a free cruise.I spoke to Lena Cleary directer of air,car,hotel &tours,she is the person who told me about the lies they tell about the cruise being free.Also I got in touch with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.They got a replay from Fenna Heller,she said she was customer service not so she is a travel agent, and a manager for compass.I did a background check on her (public records))she has been arrested 8 timesfron 3rd degree felony.to fraud.I also saw on your site that the owner is a drunk, cocaine user,and no very nice to women.I would like my money back from this company $5995.00I can not do business with a compay like Thai government.
