Travelocity.com Travelocity Misrepresents Travel Services, Doesn't Attempt to Correct Its Errors Southlake TX

Travelocity misrepresents transactions and when errors/misrepresentations are brought to its attention, it refuses to do anything about it and simply responds, "Too bad, no changes, refunds, or cancellations".  

Using Travelocity's website and search criteria, I booked a hotel that was supposed to provide a hotel shuttle to and from the airport and it didn't.  When I received the confirmation and the hotel information, I brought this to Travelocity's Customer Service (that's an oxymoron) representative's attention and she confirmed it with the hotel (that it wouldn't provide the airport shuttle as previously stated) and in spite of Travelocity's own representative confirming this, she refused to put my family in a different hotel and cited it's 'no changes, cancelations, or refunds' policy.  When I told her that I would dispute this transaction with my credit card company, she was indignant and said, 'Good, we'll fight you on this'.  

This dispute has been going on since before Memorial Day and Travelocity has made this difficult for everyone, including my credit card company.  I've pushed this dispute and it's now going to final arbitration because Travelocity is run by total ***holes and doesn't believe in customer satisfaction or service and only pays lip service to the term.  In my opinon, this company doesn't deserve to be in business.  I have also filed a complaint with FTC.gov and want to warn anyone that will listen to learn from my experience and not do business with this company.  There are many reputable travel companies available, Travelocity's just not one of them.
