I planned on a multiple state travel, requiring multiple hotel stay. While browsing the internet, I thought Travelocity travel agency would be a good idea to book with.

Booking was very simple and convenient. The policy specified $25.00 to no refund cancellation within a 24-hour period.
The question is, what happens while enroute and an emergency occurs, requiring cancellation of reamaining reservations?

Well the emergency happened and it taken one hour to cancel further reservations ($15.00 mobile charge). Initially, Travelocity customer service was not too friendly (he toned down later), either he was not very informative or he was programmed to not grant refunds.

Nine reservations were made. 1-fulfilled; 2-pay on arrival; 3-I anticipated I would lose on one or two hotel reservations and possibly be charged the $25.00 cancellation fee. The customer service rep. did grant one refund.

I wrote directly to corporate Travelocity and received one additional refund. I am still out of approximately $685.00. I must me-culpa loss. I am adamant, that I will not conduct business with Travelocity again.

I am well aware, others had used the services of Travelocity and feel 100% to patronize again. Once these same consumers encounter an emergency. They too will be ignored.
