put me in two different hotel on the same night. i had no idea they did this until i went to the second hotel the next night. they had to charge me because i didn't cancel the night before. when i called travelocity customer service they kept putting me on hold. 2 plus hours later i finally spoke with a supervisor. never did get my money back from the second hotel.
