Travelocity is a big rip off. They lie about refunds.

Travelocity (parent company Sabre Holdings) not following through with promises of rebooking flight. Must pay 100 percent, lose ticket even if insurance is pruchased.

I have filed my case with them four months ago and have heard nothing. I have noticed there are nearly 50 other cases filed. My case is similar to the others. I had to change my plans and even with insurance, I had to buy another ticket even though I was told I would just pay a fee to change. Big lie. I am willing to hire a lawyer to sue them.

How many does it take for a class action???

The following is the parent company's compliance officer's message urging them to be ethical:

Compliance Officer's Message
David A. Schwarte

Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Sabre Holdings Corporation and its subsidiaries do business according to the highest ethical and legal standards, complying with both the letter and spirit of the law.

The Corporation's Business Ethics Policy provides our personnel with important information about meeting our high ethical and legal standards. The Policy applies globally, to all of our personnel, and to all of our subsidiaries. It covers a wide range of topics, such as conflicts of interest, corporate opportunities, confidentiality, fair dealing, protection and proper use of company assets. It also addresses compliance with laws, including insider trading rules.

We expect our directors, officers, employees and other personnel working on our behalf to always act according to our Policy, and to ensure the policy is followed by their subordinates. We regularly remind our personnel of important provisions of the Policy. Periodically, we survey all of our managers to solicit information about known or suspected Policy violations. We do not tolerate knowing violations.

We also encourage all of our personnel to report any suspected crimes, violations of our Policy, or any concerns about accounting or auditing matters. We publish and provide several reporting methods, including an anonymous hotline that is available 24 hours each day.
No business ethics policy can cover every circumstance that might arise in a complex, global business such as ours. We rely on our personnel to observe the spirit of our Policy and of the laws, and to uphold the highest ethical standards in all of our dealings.
