Quickly: Booked online round-trip tickets; next morning realized I had selected the wrong departure time, but correct date, etc. Called within 24 hrs and spent an hour on the phone changing the return time departure. Prior to the trip (>24 hrs after phone call) printed E-Tickets to discover the agent had entered the wrong MONTH for return. Recieved the standard reply email about policies, etc. Called 888 #, spoke to two different agents. Absolutely unwilling to work with me or try to assist. Wanted to charge me more than the original tickets with no refund on the originals. My $700 trip was suddenly a $1,400 trip because agent entered wrong MONTH and I didn't discover it for a week or two. I was willing to negotiate for shared responsibility, but not an option. Frustrating!
