Travelrs Advantage Trilegant Coproration Charge on my credit card and shouldn't have been. Westerville Ohio
I got on line and to get a motel somehow I got travel advantage. Motel cost me $20.00 per night more than the couple we went with. I recieved a $10.00 check in the mail and it was fro Traveler Advantage, it stated to cash the check to become a member. I didn't cash the check, then the next month I recieved another check, I called the number on the check and recieved the same infomation don't cash the check to become a member that was all. Come to find out from my wife I was being charged $11.00 a month for the last 4 months.
I called the number on the credit card and after about 30 minutes spill telling all I am missing out on, I finally said do I need to spell each work out or do you understand I don't want to be a member. I was told by Edith that I also should have recieved a $30.00 rebate check back I told her I didn't but she should credit my account for each month charge, I was told that the last month only would be credited. I was given a cancellation number R0509. Just a typical way a bad company can rip off Americans. Hopefully one day we can stop all these companies ripping us off.
