Travelzoo No customer service, no backing up their customers who buy vacation vouchers Worldwide

Bought a hotel voucher to winter park mountian lodge. Had to make reservation when bought voucher.  Made it weeks in advance but had to cancel do too leaving town.  when I called to cancel using my cell phone the reservation line said they were having a unusual amount of calls and too leave a voice mail or phone and they would call back.  When I returned I called. To rebook and they told me I was a no show and charged me room tax.   I called to speak to there reservation manager Ron and he wasn't available .  Waited all day finally called back and was told I needed to cancel  7  days prior so that was why I was a no show.   I called on the 7 th day prior and they still refused a refund or too let me rebook.  Travelzoo also refused says they don't back up their customers it's the hotel that mAles the rules.
