Travres hotel planner Expedia Major rip off Internet
Booked a hotel res through them. When I called the hotel to confirm, they had no record of it. I was charged 535.72 By hotel planners. When you call the 877 283-5585 you can't speak to anyone to cancel.it says to log in to the web site, which you can not do either!
American express disputed the charge,told me press 2 and keep hitting the pound sign and you will get an operator. It worked!!
How would anyone know to do that? Seems they are making it impossible to cancel. Even though they never booked it!
I was finally able to cancel after 3 hours.
Never again!!!
