I booked a hotel reservation on-line website Marriott.com.  I ended up with a 3rd party representative name Mike who provided me with the correct location in Hampton, Va for a 2 day stay at $99.00 per night with total cost of $230.78. We completed transaction and confirmation number provided a #800 394-1454 to call back with any question and would receive e-mail confirmation in 15 minutes.  I never received e-mail and I tried to cancel reservation but unable to reach a live person - only recording.  I was able to cancel the reservation directly with hotel.  Claim submitted on my credit card for refund.
