The first indication of a charge appeared on our credit card. We disputed it with the credit card company and they gave us the Travres Travel Res Us about which we had never heard.
The credit card report back was that it was a valid charge, but when we checked the Internet Ripoff site, it appears to be an ongoing trouble spot that should be investigated by law enforcement and our money returned.
