Ordered a Stone Ashtray/waste receptacle for outdoors on 10/11/12. It is a $480.00 item! Called about it 2 weeks later to check on the delivery date. Since then have called 15 times or so and have only gotten a recorded message that someone will return my call..which they NEVER have even though i have left the info everytime. BEWARE!!!!!
