When I got the call back from TRB marketlink, the day after I sent them my resume and credentials I was excited to see that someone had finally taken interest in me. When I got to the office it was small, and it was shared. The first thing you notice is the Techno music blaring through out the entire office. The secretary is there to give you a piece of paper, one for taylormade productionz and the other for TRB marketlink. The form was like a basic form you would fill out applying for a resturant job. After filling this out the secretary hands it back to you and you wait for one of the "represenatives" to come out of their offices, all of which you can see in because of the glass paneling. Once inside the interview room, they tell you this preliminary interview is to put a face with the resume, of which she had about 20 others on her desk upside down. After telling me what the company did, which I am still not clear about, she told me that her associates and herself would go over the resumes and call me later that day to see if I could come back for the next interview. Later that day I was called to come in the following day to follow the marketing team around from 8:45 A.M.-6 P.M. All I could think about was how these people work without going door to door, telemarketing, or doing cold calls. The morning of, a woman called me but I missed the call because I was in the shower getting ready to go. I called back and I gave my name and was put on hold. When the phone was picked back up, another person asked who I was and put me back on hold. Finally another person asked me who I was and asked me if I would come in for my initial interview that same day. AfterI explained to her I had that interview, she said that the day of observence, where I follow the marketing team had been caneled and then asked me if I'd still like to rescheduele. I told her yes and that has been it so far. I don't plan on going in this time, and niether should you.
