On December 9, 2010, I ordered a Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Scrapbook Puzzle for my sister for Christmas. It said the product was in stock and should arrive on December 23 or 24. I called and left messages that included my name, number, and reason for calling. I never received a call back.
It has been 2 months since I placed my order and my product has not arrived. When I go to the website, it says the page cannot be found so now I have no clue if my order is still processing or has been shipped. On top of that, they have not returned my calls and I already paid for the product and have not received a refund for it!
I am an understanding person, but if I cannot receive my purchase I expect a call or email and a refund.

This was a preorder item and the consumer did not read the discription carefully when ordering. Since this product did not come in as it was delayed I have refunded the money.
