Treasured Tag Sales is not recommended for the following: While at two [2] tag sales, owner Debbie Bertolucci was extremely rude making me uncomfortable. I would describe her behavior as siege mentality, that is, she feels that she is 'under attack.' From Yelp, she has apparently done this to others including calling the police!
She even caused a breach of contract while at a woman's own home, cancelling the sale unilaterally and just THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT! Why she does this kind of business is anybody's guess, even claiming to hold a masters' degree, totally unnecessary in tag sales/Estate sales. A very disturbing experience at Treasured tag sales, amateurish in the extreme.
Go there only if you wish to be humiliated. Bertolucci has blocked my Yelp commentaries, I don't know why Yelp lets her do this. I don't know what's 'Treasured,' certainly not the customers or clients. Stay Away! I'm not the only person to say this. Some consider her to be racist.

Cool Air Designs: Still Not Cool.

As previously described, had Cool Air Designs Holbrook NY in to do repair on three systems, same house. Eventually system was working well but after five (5) seasons, no A/C in main system. Cause found to be leaking A/C evaporator coil, this part supplied by Cool Air Designs.
Problem: because Al Falcone did not register the evap, It's OUT OF WARANTEE! Also, part being replaced looked mishandled, maybe not a new part. Cost: over $2700 (including labor). So once again, I cannot recommend Cool Air Designs' workmanship. PS, I made certain to register new evap! System works great now. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU HIRE!
