Complaint Review: treasuresbybeth on Etsy Beth Berg

I believe this woman, Beth Berg, knew exactly what she was doing and planned to rip off customers by telling them it would take 6-8 weeks to create their order - this exceeds the time customers can get money back from Paypal or dispute the transaction. Most credit card companies also will not let consumers dispute anything after 60 days. Her approval rating is 44% positive of 789 transactions, which leads me to believe she probably ripped off over 440 people. At $12+ a pop, she likely netted over $5000 from her scam. Is that a felony? Probably fraud over a certain amount is.An internet search led me to another business of hers, Crochet Kisses, which is sold at www.kidsncaboodle.com. I contacted their customer service and asked if this was the same woman who ripped off people on Etsy. I was told they no longer sell Crochet Kisses. That was several weeks ago and I just checked their website. Crochet Kisses is still being sold there so I included them as well.
