I was contacted by treasury financial group (kelly thorncrest) after applying for a $5000 unsecured personal loan. She told me that she found a lender for me. She faxed me all the paperwork, terms for loan, Promissary note for loan repayment, and the insurance policy. It explained that being that I had no credit, I could either have a co-signer or take out the insurance that if I became ill, out of work or died, the loan would be paid off. If I didn't use the insurance I would get the amount paid, back at the end of the five year loan.

The interest was 8.5%I had a choice also of a courier which would take 3 to 5 days, or putting it right into my checking account which would take 2 to 3 business days. So I went per Kelly's instructions and western unioned $900. She told me to duduct western union charges, and it would be reimbursed by the company. Then I waited 4 days. When nothing happened I called my bank and froze my account. All I had going into it was my paycheck but I felt I needed to protect it. I then got a call saying my account was on hold I needed to send $400 more for rate of exchange. I said there is no rate of exchange because all of the paperwork stated usd. This person was Angela Simmons customer service. I told her no that I did everything I was suppose to do and I wanted my funds dispursed. I tried to hold my temper (which I did) and told her to just send my money back I was going to find a company closer to home. She said no problem. She called me 2 days ago and told me since I breached the contract and their lawyers had to get involved I would only get $547.00 back and not until December. I told her the only breach was on her end because I did everything I was suppose to do. (I did not tell her that I had contacted phonebusters in Canada) I didn't tell her I contacted TV2 Fox Problem solvers.)I also sent a letter to the company because the place of business is real according to the police. I told them I really did still need the loan, and in good concious I did'nt think they wanted to develop a bad reputation. Since then I have heard nothing. kelly thorncrest still has her phone and message. the other phone numbers(there's 3) all have full mail boxes.Hopefully the real company doesn't suffer much, but it put me in a bind because that was all the money I had, but I hopefully can make that up a bit quicker than the other lady, hers cost a lot more. If our own loan companies would give people a chance we would'nt end up in messes like this.
