Complaint Review: Tree House Marketing

I have read all of the e-mails in conjunction with this company. I to have been "ripped- off". I sent the product back to the company with my name and address in the package along with the product. My name was also on the outside of the package. I even called them a week after I sent the product back to ensure that they had received it.

Of course, they said, "Yes Mam, we have received your product and will NOT charge your account." Well, to my suprise, I looked up my credit card account only to see a charge for the amount of $199.95 on my bill from none other than Tree House Marketing.

My question is, can these people not count how many days have gone by?? I recieved the package on 20 Feb 2003 and sent it back on 4 March 2003. Now another 20 days have past since I returned the product.

WHY WAS I BILLED FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT FOR SOMETHING I SENT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

I would really like someone from this company to respond to my e-mail.

Really, I dare you to come up with some lame excuse as to why I was billed for something that is in your possession.

I have already called my bank to let them know about this. I also asked them to put out an e-mail to all of their customers regarding this company and their fraudulent practices. Take my advice,

Do not EVER give your credit card number to anyone, EVER! If it sounds too good to be true, it usually isn't.
