Complaint Review: Tree Marketing That Diet Patch

I get a call from a girl named Tara, she's saying that there's this product its only 19.90 to check it out....im interested u know, so i say sure, i give her my debit card number, she says i'll recieve my product very shortly since im in idaho, im more excited now. i wait a week, nothing, another week, still noting.

i called them that second week asking what's up with my patch. they said "oh it looks like we havent sent it out yet" i was like "u've got to be joking" they say they will send it out today, i say no u wont i want my money back. after being told i will not get my money back i asked to speak with a manager, they tell me i cannot speak to one. i ask for the address cause im sending investigators they dont give me one.

finally after 5 hours of off and on calling with them i get to speak with a manager..Lona...which than says she will not give me my money back, that she's sure its on its way, i ask for my shipping number so i can call ups and find out what's up..i did tell her i was told earlier that my order hasnt even been picked up by ups. she say's it shows on our records it's out and on its way. she say's she'll call ups as well. i hang up to call ups finally after 20 min into looking for my invoice number they say im sorry but we just dont have records of that number or ure name even being in our data base. i call them back and tell them what happend. they say im lying. i get my bank statement that following week and it shows im overdrawn 198.00. and it shows it's from that stupid diet patch place.

i call them back and explain what they did, i told them im seeking a lawyer out cause i plan on filing a suite against the company they laughed and said i could never come close to suing them, they'd eat me alive. they said im being stupid for even bothering them the matter. im now in the process of filing a suite against them and for some odd reason they seem to be scared now :) jerks
