I ordered two products from this company in October 2002. I was told at the time, if I was not satisfied with the products I could return the remaining portion (aside from the trial sample) within 30 days and receive a full refund. I was NOT satisfied at all and did in fact return the remaining well withing the 20 days. This company went ahead and charged me incorrectly.

When I first contacted the company online, since I could never could through via phone, I was emailed back by Jason Turley, who portrayed himself to be a "customer service rep".

He told me he saw no record of my return. I went through UPS to verify my return was indeed received well within the 30 day period. I then proceeded to contact this company on a weekly basis. About 2 weeks after I was contacted by Jason, I did actually finally talk with a person in "customer service" who told me that she could see that I was indeed deserving a refund since she could see that the products were returned in the correct time frame.

I have called weekly since then, with the exception of the 60 day period in which I had filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau (which resulted with no results at all!)

I have been told numerous times, different dates, as to when I would receive my refund. Various excuses as well, they just fired their accounting people whom weren't doing their job, etc.

I then asked if they had a legal department, only to be referred to none other than JASON TURLEY! THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY! I was even told they were going through a lawsuit and that was the reason for my refund delay!!

It has been nearly a year now since I was charged incorrectly, and STILL NO REFUND!! This company has even reported that they do in fact owe me a refund to the Better Business Bureau, but what good is that to me!!

I would definately love for all of us to file a lawsuit against this company. I feel at this time I should receive interest on the money they stole from me in the first place. I do have documentation for this whole ordeal. How can we all pull together and get this resolved?!

Contact me by using the rebuttal box and we can all stick together and file suit!

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember.
