I have called these people repeatedly so I can cancle the order and send back what I have left of the product. IF you want a refund you have to send it back but they don't give you an address to send it back to. You give them $19.95 first and then you get a 90 day supply of their patches. If you don't like it you send back the unused patches for a refund. When I call to speak to these people, I get put on hold. The recording seys they are to busy and call back later but I can never get thru. ASfter the 30 day trial period you have to make payments of 69 dollars. What can I do to stop this order. When I call 1-800-698-9997 i keep getting put on hold!

Welcome to the world of Turley Crime! ..this is one of their carefully planned schemes

*It seems this is one of their carefully planned schemes. You're right...they don't give you any return address information OR invoice (including date of shipment, etc., and this will end up being the "missing link" that will keep you from getting your refund).

*This is what they're betting on...that all their tactics will delay you/frustrate you, and either cause you to give up completely or cause you to be late in sending the item back.(But remember...no one really even knows when LATE is, so you have no way of proving it. Clever, huh?)

*Hopefully you have found their address by now within all these messages. Remember to send the item back guaranteed with a return signature required. In my case, I did all the things I've mentioned, but now they're refusing my refund stating that they have no way of knowing if I returned it within the alloted time period because they have no way of knowing when the overseas company actually shipped it. (Very convenient, huh?)

*Good Luck, but I'm betting you won't fare any better than the rest of us until we all decide to get serious and make these people pay for their deception.
