TREK ALLIANCE owners Selling Trek products NOW after FTC shut them down for FRAUD fraudulent ripoff business Internet

Trek Alliance, the MLM brought to you by Equinox refugees, was shut down by the FTC in December for operating a fraudulent pyramid scheme. The assets of the company were frozen. So how come one of the owners, Kale Flagg, sent out an e-mail to Trek Alliance's mailing list telling them Trek's back up and running at http://www.ReGenesisInternational.com and has millions of dollars of Trek products on hand at the warehouse, which they just took posession of.

They're selling it at about 50% off and encouraging people to buy it all - they have contracts with all the companies which formulated Trek's products and manufactured them for the company.

They even have a toll free number for ordering.

These guys were SHUT DOWN by the FTC and their company is in receivership - their assets are frozen, and legally that includes the merchandise in the warehouse.

Well, it's good to see the both of you made up, aside from the fact that I finally found time to prove that me & Tom are two different individuals.

To Tom: I wasn't sure if you were a part of TA or not. Some of your comments made it seem like you were aware of the actions of the company, but didn't join and other comments made it seem like you did join, quit, and you're here to warn others. I was a part of TA out in Palatine, IL and I had the "honor" of being in one of those Sat sessions w/ Heather and (usually) Joe DeLisle. Talk about repititious and boring. But what made me angry was the way they treated me. I was all gung-h*o in the beginning and after a few months, I chose someone else over them. It didn't go very well with my "upline". He would constantly call my cell phone saying that it's important for me to come in the following day. It came to the point of showing up once in a great while because I usually spent my time near downtown Chicago and they were a good 45-1hr drive up north-so let's really save the environment by not wasting gas for something that you know is a waste of time. I also liked the fact that nobody really wanted to talk to me or some of my team. We would go on those little outings in the park after those Saturday Training sessions, and end up as a group who really didn't belong there-despite the fact that we followed what they said. Since the announcement of The FTC vs. TA, I have contacted most of my old "team" and notified them of what's happened. They're more than excited that this company's getting what they deserve. How far are you from Valpo?

To Kim: I'm glad you didn't join. You were able to say no like a kid saying "No" to a drug dealer (Gotta love the D.A.R.E. program). Anyway, like you, I was able to obtain a position with a Fortune 500 company where I enjoy what I do, and I'm willing to put in more effort and time that what's asked of me.

Well, I wish the both of you luck in your journey of life.

No I have never actually worked for a MLM but I have had 2 companies try to sucker me in, about 3 years ago when I was looking for work. I was contacted by Trek Alliance, wasted a whole Saturday at a bullshit presentation, not knowing it was an MLM. Everything was so rehearsed, I left all mad and up until a few months ago, could not remember the companies name. It was on this website that I now remember Trek Alliance and it makes me mad that they are still contacting people off of Monster.com-that is how they found me. I did finally write an email to Monster and complained and they said they have gotten numerous complaints on TA and their affiliates and Monster is working on banning them. Also I just found out my boyfriend was suckered into going to one of the interviews too, about 4 years ago. He had an idea it was a MLM when he walked in and should have left but didn't, but boldly told them after it was done he was not interested. Thank god he did not quit his job with PespsiCo for TA. He is still with PepsiCo but after 10 years with them he is, again, looking for something else.

Also I had another company try to get me in called Primerica-they are almost as bad as Trek Alliance. Again I was wise enough to avoid it. They have also hounded a few friends of mine, luckily none of them fell for it. If you are contacted by Primerica run...don't walk.

I work for Fortune 500 company now for almost 3 yeas and love it. I make an honest living and make really good $$$ and I don't have to lie to people or screw anyone over.

Tom, I hope you didn't lose to much $$$ with TA and that you are back on track. It's a shame that TA will go to any lengths to sucker people in. Some of those recruiters really have no conscience.

Are you happily employed now?

Good luck

Hey Kim, good to hear from you again.

Not a problem at all. I guess that's why I could really understand what you meant in that rebuttal.

...To make long story short, ...I was a direct down-line to Heather Hromoho, and after a full year of trusting her with practically everything I had, I found out she had been "putting a dagger" in my back the entire time. -Long story!

Well, again, no biggie! Glad you wrote back!

...Were you in an MLM at one time?! Just curious.

I read your post and thought you were defending those crooks at TA. I read it so fast I misinterpreted what you said.

My apologies.

Oh, trust me, people STILL fall for it.

Kim, ...is that your name? ...First of all, I really don't understand your point. What are trying to say. ...Honestly, I don't get the message to your rebuttal. ...If you can, please go into more detail.

Secondly, sorry, but I have no idea who Earl is, so you're wrong there.

...So, we both need to get real jobs, and lives, huh?! ...Well, with that kind of comment, I'm assuming your an MLMer, ...am I right?

So, explain to me, what actually makes you think that you know me enough to say that I don't have a life, or even a real job for that matter? ...That kind of comment usually comes very standard when it comes from an idiot. -"You need to get a life" ...man, can't you come up with something better than that?!

.......Ya know, I've wasted too much time already on your unintellegent remark. If I was to type out everything I WANT to say, ...well, I'd be here for hours, and I've got better things to do. -And all in all, it would mean nothing to you, I know that.

Have nice life,

Kim

You 2, Tom and this supposed "Earl" (who is probably the same person posting under a false name) need to get real jobs, and get a life. I cannot believe you think people are actually falling for this scam anymore. Kinda looks like you company is history, or pretty close to being memorex, doesn't it?

SUCKS TO BE YOU!

Loop Holes

#9UPDATE EX-employee responds

Tue, April 15, 2003

Well, look who's popped up on the complaint scene?! ...Come on now, Heather, I thought you were too good for all the BS that people gossip about on the internet, and all the crap that people say about "something they have no clue about".

Ya know, it's also amazing, cause Heather, YOU, as well as anybody, should know that there are loop holes in every situation, and we both know that Kale is an expert at it, along with Rich, Tiffany, EDWINA, and all the rest of their followers.

Yep, this is your old buddy, Tom Gandolph. ...Now, first off whether or not this really is Heather Hromoho, I may never know, but seeing that this rebuttal was "signed" by Heather Hromoho, it kind of comes as shock. ...However, on the other hand, if this is Heather, shouldn't YOU, OF ALL PEOPLE, be elated that Trek is able to sell off the rest of their products?! I mean, gosh, whatever happened to Trek being this great, ethical, moral, and such a legit company. Shouldn't you be on the phone calling EVERYBODY, and "booking a sh** load of resumes" for when Trek gets all the way up and running again?! ...So, what happened?! If it's so great, why would the FTC waste their time in SHUTTING THEM DOWN.

I know what you're trying to pull, and it's not fooling ANYONE, NOT ANYMORE. ...atleast anyone that knows your game.

...So, which company did you jump ship to this time, huh? New Vision, like that rest. Or are you working on the back-burner with Rich and Kale again, developing some new name, so that when Trek gets shut down for good, you've got a back up plan.

...It's really weird, cause I've had this in the back of mind for years - to get the chance to share a few words with you. But honestly, I don't know whether this is actually Heather or not. So, I'll hold onto my thoughts until you can prove that it's really Heather Hromoho on the other end of this computer. ...If you're interested in "chatting".

I'm interested in hearing from you again, cause I would love to share the millions of thoughts that have brewed up over the year, since I got a lot smarter.

Happy trails,
