Trend Times Issues with a new RC truck. Never name called or swore. Asked for money back. Rep called me a jerk laughed said his name was Mudd Internet
We recently ordered a new Monster RC truck and within an hour a screw fell out of the steering arm. We replaced the screw an d now the steering system locgrind sand grinds. We never knew how long the RC needed to charge because there is nothing in the owners manual that addressed that requirement. I was very surprised I had to call Trend Times customer service to get a charging time that was dependent on knowing your chargeband battery information. The customer service person was rude throughout the conversation and actually called me a jerk when I asked for my money back due to the multiple issues with the truck. I nename called a rep a name even after being insulted and when I asked for a supervisor he informed me he was a supervisor. He laughed when I asked his name and said it was Mudd. I asked him agin for his name and he said Mudd. I then said please give me your first name and he replied it was Mudd. He then stated his rep number was 3047. I called a secondary number who he said was his wholesaler. 6024546445. I spoke to another supervisor whose name was Derek. I explained my experience with Trend Times and asked if this was truly a separate business and not connected with attend Times. Derek assured me they were separate companies. Derek said I would be called by early next week with the s opinion of the situation. He said he did not want his product represented in the way it was through Trend times and his management will contact me if there is any influence they can offer in the situation. I hope they will consider pulling their distributorship from Trend Times if they are truly separate company. I just want my money back. If anyone has any input about this company I would appreciate the help. Based on my experience I would never buy products from this company in the future.
