Trends For Less - Sunglassexpo.com sent wrong style and without case, wouldn't exchange, wouldn't reimburse my return costs for their screwup, sent vulgar e-mail Staten Island New York

Sunglassexpo.com advertised the style of sunglasses I was looking for but sent the wrong style to me, and without a case, and from some other person's address, unprofessionally packed with newspaper!

When I contacted them about receiving the wrong style, they asked me to e-mail to them the style #'s printed on the glasses and then to return them to some other address which I did, promptly, via USPS Insured First Class mail.

I waited two weeks. At first they said they couldn't find the return package. They never offered to send the correct style. They finally refunded what had been charged on my credit card, but they refused to refund me for return costs, not to mention time and effort, which I wouldn't have incurred had they sent the correct style in the first place.

After my e-mails for exchange or refund of return costs went ignored, I wrote them how sucky they were and received the most unprofessional vulgar response!
