TrendTimes.com rip-off Took my money and have not delivered the goods Scottsdale Arizona
I ordered a remote helicopter from them on 9/20/04 and immediately after entering my credit card information received a message that due to high volume, my order would not be processed until 2 weeks had gone by. My first thought was, well wish you would have indicated this holdback before I entered my information as I would have gone somewhere else.
On October 4th, I thought I'd send them an email asking them nicely as to the status of my order and as of today have not received no status.
I phoned their 1-800 number several times and no matter what time I call, I never get to speak to a human, I always get their answering machine stating to use their online for faster service.
I will be contacting my bank to dispute my credit charge and filing a complaint with the BBB and the internet fraud. If these two organizations get enough complaints maybe they will either be stopped or more people will find other complains and not get ripped off.
