TrendyRugs.com TOTAL RIPOFF! FAST TO TAKE THE MONEY THEN YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN! ! ! ! Internet

This company is a total RIPOFF!  Was trying to replace a Korean Mink Blanket that the dry cleaners ruined.  Found one similar to ours on trendyrugs.com,  Looked the site over, goggled for reviews, came up with nothing bad that time.  Should have searched again! 

I placed the order on Mar 10 2010.  The money was promptly charged to my card on Mar 12 2010.  I have sent 5 emails to the company, and have NEVER gotten a response.  We have moved since the order was placed, and I can not even get them to acknowledge the new address.  As of today, Apr 25th 2010, the order is STILL showing as  IN PROCESS.  IT HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED!

Contacted the  credit card company, and was told that I had to wait the full 4-6 weeks to see if they do actually deliver it.  Well, it's been 6 weeks and one day since the money was charge and I am calling the credit card company back to process a dispute!  I am also filing a complaint with the BBB. 

Don't be fooled by this company.  They do not full fill their Customer Satisfaction line of crap they post, nor do they actually have a customer service representative available to talk to you 24/7.  They also won't respond to emails!  Best advice....stay away from this company no matter what name they are running under.

wrong year in date of report

Upon reviewing the report I placed, the year in the date of order is wrong.  I placed the order on March 10, 2012, the money was charged to the card on March 12, 2012, and today's date is April 25, 2012.
