Complaint Review: Tresor Rare Atlanta Lenox Mall

Beware of buying this product.  The Manager lured me into the store as I was walking by and starting putting the product on my eyes.  He told me it would take repeated usage of the eye cream to make a differance.  I made the purchase feeling extremely pressured and after a week of trying it my eyes had an allergic reaction and were extremely swollen.  I called him he refued to talk to me his associtate in the store was extrmely rude and said they do not take returns its in the fine print on the reciept.  Obviously had he told me that at the purchase time I may not have made such an expensive purchase for a product I had not used. I  put the product in a bag along wiht the other two unopened free products gave me and returned them to the store and set them on the counter.  I then disputed with my CC company and they wrote the company saying I threw the bag in the associates face, just rediculous.  Completely unprofessional I intend to make further complaints to the BBB and Lenox Mall they should not allow such unprofessional companies in a high end shopping center.  If you do any firther research on the product your will see many people have had similar experiences for various reasons.
