I placed and paid for an order on 10/25/16. Based on the information on their website, orders ship within 48 hours. It has now been 2 weeks, my order is still only showing as placed. 

I have sent multiple emails and messages via Facebook and received no response. 

No idea how companies like this stay in business. I believe they are legitimate, but terrible customer service and outright bogus info on their website.
