Complaint Review: Tress Obsession

Tress Obsession Scam have not received items ordered, and no responses back from my email. Baltimore MD

I am very angry. I placed an order with Tress Obsession on August 14th 2017. Below is my order. I was suppose to receive a lace frontal and 2 hair bundles. I was so looking forward cause I thought the review were valid. I am so disappointed and saddened to see a black owned company( I assume) taking advantage of its people. 

I have a family member who is a federal agent. He is inquiring to see if there is somethibg that could be done. I already disputed the charge with my bank. However it does take some time for it to come off. I now had to replace all of the items that I ordered and it cost double more. 

They blocked me on facebook and I know this because I cannot see them but when I log on with a different name you can see their posts.
