Tressa Ray ebay: iphobia Will not refund moneies owed Online, Internet
Sent product to me after long delay. I asked her not to send the item as I needed it weeks before she would ship.
She sent anyway, and instructed I write "return to sender" and mail it back. Did as instructed, sent from commercial mail store (where store owner took the package personally for me).
Claims she did not receive returned items and will not refund money. Says there would be tracking to indicate she received it, but post office tells me a "refused" shipment would not be tracked.

Thomas (((Redacted))) filed a bogus claim against me. He never returned a package and expected a refund. The tracking information clearly shows the package was never returned. He is dishonest scammer trying to get something for nothing. It is sad what people will do for money.
The True story:
He ordered handmade flowers, I made the flowers and shipped them after they were complete. After they were delivered he stated he no longer needed them. I told him to return the items and I would gladly refund his entire purchase price. He never returned the flowers and therefore I did not send a refund.
