Trevor Crane Failed to deliver, kept payment for what was not delivered, in black and white New Jersey Internet
Trevor Crane requested USD 8500 to complete a marketign funnel project. This was after already charging USD 35000 for services. He simply falled to deliver on the USD 8500 contract and i fired him and replaced him as a result. The work was at best 5% complete. I generously offered a deal for him to pay me back USD 5000, and keep USD 3500 for the tiny amount of work done. After a huge amount of searching I found a replacement company to finish up his work. They charged USD 9000 to finish off what he barely started. In other words...he clearly did not do anything. He decided to keep all the money saying "it had been used". This is a blatant untruth.
My conclusion is that Trevor Crane is incompetent when creating marketing funnels, and dishonest. I would welcome any lawyers on this project and happy to pay to chase it up. Letting dishonest marketing people get away with this kind of behaviour is not a good idea.
