Complaint Review: Trevor Schmidt - I Want Lipo

Trevor you wrote this yourself so stop being a liar you Butcher!!!

In all honesty, Trevor butchered my body and there is NO repair.  I expected Dr. Bittner to do the procedure since he was the ONLY doctor on staff at the time as well as he was the ONLY person who examined my body before I was infused with WAY too much fluid by an unlicensed person.

BEWARE of this P.A. who's past profession was at an ortho's office.  I have and still am suffering with pain and loss of mobility due to the over-aggressive one-size-fits-all procedure that left me with immense internal scar tissue.

Shame on you Trevor.  I am hoping and praying you meet your karma soon so I can find some level of peace.  I'll be waiting!

 

To access the website that was removed above do a search for..  my dr alan bittner story..you can type it as all one word. As I investigate further, trevor is advertising myshap lipo all over the country on craigslist, ebay classifieds and just about any other online advertising spot. Cheap, cheesy and definitely something you want to run from! It seems that bittner taught trevor every trick he knew about promoting a questionable business..and perhaps is really behind this new one. Please excuse the typos!

While I cannot comment on all the details of the original post, I was a patient of bittner's and Trevor worked on me. When he began, his "technigue" was so painful and violent that I was afraid I would be pushed off the table. He scarred me and left my body a complete mess. I have had multiple surgeris since to repair the damage that he caused. All of them have been practically painless, compfortable and the healing time was only about a week. After the work Trevor did I was swollen, hard and sore for many months. His license does allow him to do this work under a licensed MD...but no MD was in the room when he worked on me..and many others who filed complaints on him and other staff members in CA.

Bittner fled the country...or said he did..after his office was raided. I do not know if Trevor left on his own, but he did so AFTER the office was raided and criminal charges were filed. Bittner and other employees pled to felonies a few weeks ago. Sadly the pleas were based on financial considerations rather than actual crimes.

MyShape is run by Trevor and Anil Patel, both of whom worked for Bittner. Patel is a family medicine practiioner who went to school in the West Indies. He is not a plastic surgeon. Myshape has at least one other "new clinic" in AZ. The style of the websites and even some of the language are taken directly from bittner's old site. Trevor, bittner and stephanie darcy have all opened LLC's in NV over the last few years. Some were revoked and one was dissolved. It is very likely that bittner has a financial interest in my shape, the business plan is almost identical.

It is legal for a PA to do this surgery, but I would NOT recommend it. You are taking a great risk in using this facility. Please see (((ROR Redacted))) and the blog for more details.

I am Trevor Schmidt.  The report on me is totally false.  Based on some details in the report I believe it was posted by my previous employer who is unhappy that I left and trying to give me a bad reputation since I am now technically competition.  I have never been arrested nor am I awaiting any trial for felony theft or anything else for that matter.  I am a Physician assistant, with an active licesnse in Nevada, hold national PA certification, Specialty Surgery Certification both through NCCPA.  I have never been sued and do not know the patient referenced in the report.  There have been no complaints through the medical board.  Nothing about the post is accurate, unfortunately, people can write anything they want without any proof.

It was posted by one of the following: Dr. Craig Alan Bittner, his girlfreind Stephanie Darcy their employees Jonathon Martin or Phillip Nelson and/or Craig Alan Bittner's parents David and Rose Bittner of Prescott Arizona. The Doctor is being sought on a laundry list of felonies and is also threatening to post all of my medical photos and video he secretly took of me undressing and being operated on and stripped naked by his male employees after he slipped me a date-rape style drug that forced my compliance.

He has fled the country at this point with his girlfreind Stephanie Darcy. Hopefully you'll see them on America's Most Wanted soon. Even though America (and every other country) is better off never having them here again.

Trevor Shmidt is one of the ex-employees of their scam mutilation front company called Beverly Hills Liposculture. They are also operating an office now called Lipospecialists in Irvine which is bein run by their buddy Aaron Rollings, a botox doctor! with no training in Lipo except what the PA's at BHL gave him.

Trevor Shmidt finally chose to come forward regarding the ongoing crimes being committed against patients in his office. Bittner and his minions have also posted online disgusting psychotic rambllings and other garbage lies they have attributed to me, including attacking my attornies with lies (and signing my name) just for fighting against him!
