I bought a pair of pants from Traden on ebay (transaction # (Unique Transaction ID #5EU0407413733633C) on August 11, 2009. When I went to pay for the pants using paypal funds, I had my old address on there. I am currently living with my parents at a different address due to medical issues. I tried to get the United States Postal Service to route the package to my parents address. They told me they did, but it was sent back to the seller.I emailed the seller, Traden about a month later because it takes awhile to get through customs. He was supposed to refund my money minus shipping ($15.50). We went back and forth trying to figure out the refund. He wanted to ship the item back and I told him that I wanted a refund. I kept on emailing him (about 5 times), then called paypal when I did not hear from him. Paypal emailed him telling him to respond to my emails, but he did not. I still have not heard from him.
