What was said about TRG is 100% true. I recently got hired to work on there AT&T campaign. They treat you like a slave. They only give you 10 minutes for a break usually you get 15. They give 2 10 minute breaks & 1 30 lunch. They don't gave you know time for any else. You have to wait to go to the bathroom during your breaks or you have to log out& if you log out then you not getting paid for it. Then when you come back someone from management will yell at & speak you like your their child. Management are ignorant, rude & are not professional. They don't care what medical problems you have they just want bodies on the phone. And as far as AT&T customers we have to sell to everyone no matter what they called in for. And TRG knows and told us during training that 90% of the callers are elderly who don't know what they're buying. We were even told that those are the people who are easy convinced to buy Internet even when they don't have a computer. We were told to tell the elderly customer that when there grand kids come over they can use the internet. Customers called in severals times for there elderly family member and complained about the business practices of selling products that they don't need. And many customers are being set up on products & services that they don't know about until they get the bill & never get credit for it.
