External zipper on my Victorinox E-motion 4.0 22" Trek Pack Plus luggage broke and TRG Group/Swiss Army, along with its local luggage repair shop, claim that the broken zipper was due to normal wear and tear. I am very careful with my luggage products and the bag is still in its warranty period. However, TRG Group/Swiss army claims that the broken zipper isn't covered since it's a result of normal wear and tear.
If you're looking for a fragile, poorly built luggage/product, then the Victorinox E-motion 4.0 22" Trek Pack Plus may be for you. The outside zipper on the front of the bag is thin and fragile. Otherwise stick with a higher end luggage company which offers a reasonable warranty on their products, and who is willing to honor its warranty.
Rip off on customers by blaming poor quality/manufacture/design on the "normal wear and tear".
