On October 21, 2011, I sent in a signed Lease Cancellation Agreement.  In said agreement, Tri-Cities Financial's representative, Shane Carwin acknowledged that a refund check in the amount of $1,768.54 would be sent to me on or before November 20, 2011.

At the beginning of December, 2011, I began to attempt contact with Shane to follow up on the refund check as I had not received it yet.  I also directed my Assistant and my Accounting Manager to begin follow up.  When contact was made with Shane, twice, he said that he would check and call back at which he never did.

I most recently received a response from David Anderson, the owner of the company, assuring me that the matter would be dealt with.  As of January 17th, 2012, I have yet to receive my refund check.

I am forwarding the matter to my attorney and have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of California and the Better Business Bureau.
