Tri Lakes Guitar Studio-Joe Donaldson Would not refund money paid in advance as per contract Monument, Colorado
After entering into a written legal contract, Joe violated the terms and would not refund my remaining money of apprx. $436. I waited patiently every month to ask for the refund but he always had an excuse. I filed a suit in small claims but I spent more than I got from a one-time payment from him when he was summoned to appear in court. I would strongly recommend that if you must take guitar lessons from him, pay as you go. Do not pay in advance because you will never get your money back if needed. He still owes me over $400.
