I took my car to get a express oil change thinking who can screw up a oil change. When I left after an hour, I drove down the street and noticed my engine light was on. I turned around and ask them what do they plan to do about after verifying from they worker Demmy, the light wasn't on before. They agreed to pay for it.

I took it to the jag dealer. I put the two on the phone together, Tri Star said we will check it on Sunday and if we cannot do anything we will pay the dealer, it's no problem. Yeah right, came back sunday and Sean owner said we didn't do anything to your car and you have to pay yourself. After I hollered at him, besides him punking out, he still wouldn't do the right thing. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did they tell you what computer code was causing the light to come on?

It may or may not have anything to do with what service you received at Tri Star.
