Ordered the Pasta Pot Express Set on line after watching show on Food Network... seemed like a great deal. Large pot, small pot, cheeses grater, and food chopper for one price.(this is the white set.. not red)
First time I used large pot I filled 1/2 full of water and place on med.heat on my stove top.
The bottom of pan had a silver-dollar size burn on it, and inside the pot, the teflon-type coating also came off.(i did take pics)... notified company and they were very cordial. Sent me paperwork to return my defective pot to them... and they sent me a new one. BUT>>>>
After receiving new one, I cooked some cheese ravioli on my stove this past Thursday(5/22), on a DIFFERENT burner (and may I add that my stove was brand new this spring from Fidgidaire.. and have had no problems with any other pots I own). the bottom burned AGAIN... and the inside will probably chip off on the next usage (it is gray in color rather than the black it came with)...
Any way... can I just get a refund.. ??? I don't want to try another one, twice is enough. Also...........there were no directions for the cheese grater or food chopper so not even sure how they should be used/cleaned/cared for.
