I ordered 2 sets of pasta pots in January hoping to use one for a gift. I received a post card from Tri-Star, in
April saying they were gonna be late as there was a backup in the pots availability.

They did arrive end of April. I was horrified when I saw the awful quality, the lids didn't even fit. I called Tri-Star, to tell them I would be sending them back and and how disappointed I was, and the person there assured me I'd get a check shortly after they recieve them.

I mailed them, it cost me $19.70, I paid extra so as to track them on the internet. Tri-Star recieved them May 15, 2003, at 8:39 am, I still have my reciept. As yet I have not recieved my money for the cost of the pots. So I guess I'll chalk it up to getting took. I will never mail order for anything again!
