Complaint Review: Tri State Carports

This company and its officers are ripping off all of us.  
If you order a steel building from one of these companies beware they are owned by the same people and have almost 200 complaints filed against them on the BBB website.

The companies are:

Coast to coast Carports, Inc.
USA steel building Inc
Eagle carports Inc.
T-N-T carports Inc.
American Steel Carports Inc.
Tri-State Carports Inc.

They are all either owned/managed or have been owned/managed by the Torres Family.

Common complaints are:

1.  Huge wait times between order placement and delivery of goods several months in most cases.
2.  Very poor workmanship even several cases of leaking buildings, and incomplete construction.
3.  Rude customer service.
4.  Failure to return phone calls after filing complaints.
5.  Improper goods delivered.

 In my opinion everyone should avoid the above companies like the plague.  The will bring nothing but heart ache and empty wallets.
